    The MVP All-StarRecruiting System

Built on the All-Star Game Plan methodology

Build Recruiting Capability. Own the Relationships.

Install a recruiting capability inside your mortgage organization. MVP builds the strategy, candidate data, CRM workflow, cadence, training and accountability; your leaders build the relationships. Add dedicated appointment-setting when you need more initial-outreach capacity.

    What MVP Installs and Manages

What MVP Installs and ManagesFor Your Organization

In either MVP engagement, the All-Star Recruiting System provides the strategy, CRM structure, messaging, cadence, training, measurement, accountability and optimization. It gives your people a defined process for building direct candidate relationships.

MVP designs and installs the system, trains the people doing the work, and reviews activity and pipeline discipline. Your leaders and internal recruiters develop the substantive candidate relationships.

One system. One methodology. The level of support fits your organization.

    Two Ways to Engage MVP

Use Your Team, or AddDedicated Outbound Capacity

Both MVP engagements build the recruiting capability and relationship history inside your organization. In either engagement, the All-Star Recruiting System provides the strategy, infrastructure, cadence, training, measurement and accountability. The execution choice is who performs the initial outbound activity.

    All-Star With Your People

Use Your Team With the All-Star System

Your managers, branch leaders, an internal recruiter or a recruiting department execute the system MVP installs and manages. MVP can help establish an internal recruiting function or improve an existing one — defining roles and operating standards, training personnel and providing the management structure required for consistent activity and measurable performance.

    Discuss Your Internal Recruiting Team

    How It Works

    • Managers or branch leaders execute the cadence and own the recruiting relationships
    • MVP can train a recruiter who is new to mortgage
    • MVP can train a mortgage professional who is new to recruiting
    • MVP can strengthen an existing recruiter or recruiting department
    • Role definition, workflow install and pipeline discipline
    • Call review, KPIs and ongoing development and accountability

MVP does not promise to recruit or hire the internal recruiter unless that service is separately agreed. Role-profile guidance defines the position; hiring decisions remain with your organization.

    All-Star + Managed Outreach

    Add a Dedicated Appointment Setter

The complete All-Star System stays at the center. For optional initial-outreach capacity, an appointment setter can be assigned to your program through one of MVP's specialized partners. During contracted hours, that setter is dedicated to your program and is not simultaneously calling for competing mortgage companies.

    Discuss Dedicated Appointment-Setting Support

    How It Works

    • The setter creates outbound activity, documents it in the defined workflow, follows the cadence and schedules initial conversations
    • Client leaders conduct substantive recruiting conversations, develop relationships, evaluate fit and close candidates
    • Outbound activity runs consistently without relying on your managers to make every initial call
    • Leadership retains the relationship and hiring decisions

Optional initial-outreach support operates within the agreed coverage and scope. No specific coverage level, staffing arrangement or outcome is guaranteed.

Your Data. Your Pipeline. Your Relationships.

The recruiting records, pipeline and relationship history developed through the All-Star engagement belong to your organization. MVP installs the strategy, CRM workflow, outreach cadence, training and accountability that make the operation repeatable. Your leaders and internal recruiters build direct candidate relationships and retain the context behind every conversation. Dedicated appointment-setting, when used, supports initial outreach within that same client-owned process.

    Your Data

Candidate records and activity history developed through the engagement.

    Your Pipeline

Visible stages, follow-up and an institutional recruiting process.

    Your Relationships

Direct conversations led by your team, with the relationship context kept in your organization.

    Continuity

What happens if you eventually need less help from MVP?

The recruiting data and relationship history developed through the engagement remain your organization's asset. As your internal capability grows, you can step down from the full All-Star engagement and continue using the platform through an optional lower-cost continuity service level, subject to the applicable service agreement. The level of implementation and outbound support can change without requiring your team to abandon the pipeline and process it built.

Continued hosted access is a paid service level. Any transition or export arrangements are governed by the service agreement.

    Implementation Framework

    How the System Is Deployed

    01

    Install the System

Playbook design, CRM pipeline structure, outreach cadence, and accountability metrics. Engineered around your production model, market structure, and organizational capacity.

    02

    Choose the Level of Support

Select the engagement that fits your organization: your team executes the system, with or without dedicated appointment-setting support.

    03

    Accountability & Execution

Live working sessions review pipeline activity, outreach execution, and results against production targets. Strategy is adjusted in real time based on what the data shows.

    04

    Predictable Pipeline

A repeatable recruiting engine that compounds over time — producing consistent LO pipeline without proportionally increasing fixed recruiting payroll.

    Cost Discipline & Scalable Growth

    Recruiting Economics in a
    Margin-Compressed Market

In mortgage, fixed overhead compounds quickly. Adding recruiting headcount without a structured system can lead to inconsistent output and difficult ROI justification.

Recruiting performance must be measurable. Activity levels, pipeline velocity, execution capacity, and closed production should align with the cost structure supporting them.

The All-Star System establishes accountability, structured recruiting cadence, and full pipeline visibility before additional recruiting overhead is added. The level of support scales with your organization's capacity — your team executes the system, with or without dedicated appointment-setting support.

Many firms discover they can sustain growth with fewer recruiters than projected when structured infrastructure is installed first. Others use the framework to significantly increase the productivity and output of their existing recruiting team.

The objective is disciplined growth. Recruiting infrastructure should protect margin, not pressure it.

    Performance Outcomes

    What the System Delivers

    Predictable LO Pipeline

Structured cadence produces consistent hiring activity — not reactive pressure-driven bursts.

    Organizational Accountability

Whoever executes the activity operates with clear expectations, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics.

    Margin Protection

Grow recruiting output without proportionally growing fixed overhead. Infrastructure before headcount.

    Measurable Performance

KPI visibility into recruiter output, pipeline conversion, and offer-to-start performance.

    Durable Recruiting Asset

Clients build a durable organizational recruiting asset — data, pipeline and process — that remains valuable beyond any single engagement.

    Scalable Output

Increase hiring activity across your organization without adding proportional fixed cost.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to our recruiting data if we step down from the full program?

Your recruiting data remains your organization's data. See the ownership and continuity sections above for how an optional paid continuity service level may support continued platform use, subject to the applicable service agreement.

    Recruiting as an Operating System

Recruiting should function as an operating system inside your mortgage organization — structured, measurable, and aligned with production growth.

The MVP All-Star Recruiting System provides the infrastructure that makes that possible, built on the All-Star Game Plan methodology — and the recruiting data and pipeline you build remain your organization's asset.
