Our Services

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations for at least thirty days before initiating arbitration.
If informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our liability is limited to $100.00 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.
